CYA Industries, Inc. was formed and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in March 5, 2001 to engage in the manufacturing and trading of quality home appliances in the Philippines. Despite its relatively recent incorporation, CYA hold over 40 years of experience in the trading and distribution of durable goods in the country. Its initial venture started when it was appointed official distributor in the Philippines of America's No.1 appliance brand, General Electric or GE Appliances.

In both 2004 and 2005, CYA Industries was adjudged by GE Consumer and Industrial Asia Pacific-Appliances its Distributor of the Year Award - the premier award in GE's annual distributors' conference.

It has branch offices in Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro Cities as well as a second plant in the Laguna Industrial International Park (LIIP).
